What if I pay and I can't do the available schedules?
We are absolutely open to accommodating unusual schedules—email us your scheduling need at help@readingprograms.org and we'll work with our tutors to make one available for you! However, in the unlikely event that none of our tutors are able to meet your schedule, you can cancel your registration for a full refund within 21 days of your purchase.
What if we miss a session?
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Please contact help@readingprograms.org for assistance.
Can we switch between 6:1 and 1:1?
Yes. You can upgrade from 6:1 to 1:1 with at least 7 days notice and depending on teacher availability. Please contact help@readingprograms.org for assistance.
How does scheduling work?
You'll pick your spot immediately after purchase and that spot will remain the same every week, as will your teacher.
Is this only for struggling readers?
Not at all. We work with children at all reading levels--from those who need extra support to advanced readers who want to go further faster.
Is there a guarantee?

What payment options are available?
You can start your monthly subscription at any time with your major credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. (Klarna may offer pay-over-time options for tutoring programs, as well.) Discounts are available for quarterly (8% off) and annual (16% off) subscriptions. In addition to the subscription, new students pay a one-time New Enrollment Set-up fee of $99. There will be no additional fees for students registering for our current slots; once these slots are filled, the one-time fee will be reinstated.
