When do I receive the Visa gift card?
The Visa e-gift card will be emailed approximately 21 days after your friend's first payment has successfully processed.

Who qualifies as a “friend” or “referee”?
Only new Institute of Reading Development customers. One referral discount per household. Self-referrals are not allowed.
What if my friend cancels or refunds?
If the friend’s first full-price renewal is canceled, refunded, charged-back, or fails, the referrer’s reward will not be issued.
Is there a cap on how many referrals I can make?
You may earn unlimited rewards, subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to pause, cap, or revoke rewards if abuse or fraud is suspected.
Do I need to be a current customer to refer someone?
No—anyone may refer someone to the program and earn the reward.
